By accessing and using the Sofidoo platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing truthful, accurate, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Sofidoo reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following is expressly prohibited: (a) posting illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content; (b) interfering with the Service or attempting to access restricted areas; (c) using the Service to send spam, viruses, or malicious code; (d) impersonating any person or entity.

4. Fees & Subscriptions

Sofidoo offers both free and paid plans. Applicable fees are published on the website and may be modified with prior notice. Recurring charges are billed at the start of each subscription period. You may cancel your subscription at any time; paid features remain accessible until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Sofidoo and its brand, logo, interface, source code, and documentation are the exclusive property of Verlys Software, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the Content you post but grant Sofidoo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and display such Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verlys Software, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, including data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.

7. Termination

Sofidoo may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice, if it determines you have breached these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the platform settings. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute arising from the use of the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Panama City.
